Evgeny Kissin: Chopin's Grand Valse

At London's Royal Albert Hall in 1997, Evgeny Kissin plays Chopin's Grand Valse, Op 34 No. 1. It is noteworthy that Kissin announces the piece before playing it.

  1. A brilliant performance of the Grande Valse Brillante. Kissin's style is very different from Rubinstein's, but both are wonderful.

  2. I think the mantle has been passed to Kissin.
