Alexandre Moutouzkine: Tchaikovsky Concerto No. 1

In the finals of the 13th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, Alexandre Moutouzkine of Russia performs Tchaikovsky Concerto No. 1 in B flat minor, opus 23, with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, Asher Fisch conducting. The competition took place in Mann Auditorium, Tel Aviv, Israel, between May 10 and May 26, 2011, with the finals on the last two days. Alexandre Moutouzkine placed fifth; first place was taken by Daniil Trifonov, also of Russia. The competition is held every three years; the next one in 2014.
