Janine Jansen: Debussy's Beau Soir

Janine Jansen, accompanied by Itamar Golan, performs Claude Debussy's "Beau Soir" at Cité de la musique's Salle Pleyel in Paris, France, on May 13, 2011. Debussy was in his early twenties when he wrote this art song (around 1883); it is set to a poem by Paul Bourget

Beau Soir
By Paul Bourget
