Bobby McFerrin & Israel Philharmonic Orchestra

Bobby McFerrin & Israel Philharmonic Orchestra perform a number of wonderful pieces, which shows there is a benefit to cross-over music and what it brings; this wonderful concert took place in 1995.  Mr. McFerrin does on stage what many of us do at home, thereby giving us permission to enjoy and appreciate the music.

  1. That was in 1995. Would he dare conduct the Israel Philharmonic today? I certainly hope so. However, when I went to an Israel Philharmonic concert at Carnegie Hall, there were anti-Israel pickets across the street. No other orchestra in the world would be picketed. Anti-Israel hatred is growing by the minute.
